Plantgeh is built to be a warm, high-quality community for plant lovers — a place where genuinely helpful contributions are noticed and appreciated. Here's how it works: when you share something useful, fellow members thank you for it, and those Thanks raise your level.
A higher level also means more daily message credits. You spend a credit only to start a new conversation. Replying to messages you receive is unlimited and never uses a credit — and once someone replies to a conversation you started, that conversation is unlimited too. The more you help, the more you can do here.
Levels
Your level is set by the total Thanks you have received. The table below shows the level for each Thanks total and the daily message credits for starting new conversations.
| Level | Thanks to reach | Daily message credits |
|---|---|---|
| Sprout | Starting level | 3 |
| Seedling | 50 Thanks | 5 |
| Sapling | 100 Thanks | 7 |
| Green Thumb | 250 Thanks | 9 |
| Plant Expert | 500 Thanks | 12 |
| Master Gardener | 1,000 Thanks | 15 |
What you earn for sharing
Every care tip, question and answer you publish earns you Thanks and bonus message credits.
| Care tip | Question | Answer |
|---|---|---|
| +4 Thanks+3 credits | +1 Thanks+1 credits | +2 Thanks+2 credits |
At the top level (Master Gardener), every 5 Thanks you receive from fellow members adds +1 message credit.
The level thresholds, daily credits and sharing rewards above are current values and may change as Plantgeh grows. Whenever values change, rewards you have already earned are never taken back, and levels you have already reached are never lowered by the new thresholds.
